Rookie Cooks Academy was created in 2020 in response to the life changes that occurred due to Covid-19.  At the time, we owned and operated a fleet of motorcoaches and school buses that were sitting, parked on our lot.  With virtually no income, but a strong desire to do something to generate business, it was time to think out-of-the-box.  Along with a love for travel, there was a love for the culinary arts.  Why not?  The idea formed.  Plans were discussed.  Culinary carts were custom-designed.  Pots, pans and many other kitchen items were purchased.  And classes began.  Life resumed.
